With a carbohydrate profile similar to liquid malt extract BriesSweet White Sorghum Syrup 45DE functions as a 1:1 substitute for LME to produce gluten free beer.  It can also be used in any beer recipe to boost initial gravities while increasing overall brewing capacity.
